8am - time for jab! Oh well, recalling yesterday's horror pain. I paused for a moment before I do a jab-half-way incident again. Now now... sit down.. PINCH HARDER (hubby says the harder the pinch, the lesser pain)... So I pinched harder!!!!!! And JAB!!!!! (Hey, it works. My pinching numbed the surrounding fat!) Count backward... then release~
Today I can really call it - PIECE OF CAKE! (Give myself a pat on the shoulder)
