It seems to me that little Andrew wants milk again before his bedtime. He stopped drinking his night time milk for a while now, but these 2 days he will fuss until I gave him the bottle!
I wonder if he didn't have enough for dinner. Maybe it's time to increase his diner portion so he won't need his milk before bed. I thought he weaned himself off it, apparently not. If he does means he can stop wearing diapers at night!!! Dream on mummy! He's not even potty train in the day for wee wee! But for big business, it seems little Andrew gets it that he gotta poo in the potty! He can't do it on his back or when he is seated nowadays. I realised that because for few days in a row, he had urged during meal time when we were out and about. I tried putting him on the diaper change table to poo, but he just won't do it! I tried doing it in the car, again he won't do it!
I guess it's a good thing that he knows the use of potty. It just that I need to fix his timing and not every time when he is having his dinner half way!!

Molar!
After so long, the molars are finally out. Little Andrew has been cranky and sometimes woke up in the middle of the night crying. My guess was the molar has got to be coming and I hope it will be soon enough.
And today after his shower, I ran my fingers through his gum and found the top left molar is peeping out! And I opened his mouth bigger and show the white patch appearing on the top right molar too! So two molars are on the way. I have yet to check out the bottom ones but I ran though my finger can't feel a thing yet!

Stand by me...
Oh yes, little Andrew can stand for a few seconds only when he sort of forgets that he is standing. Sounds weird? He won't stand still when you want him to. So he surprises us here and there at the most unexpected moment. I'm still waiting for the walking on your own baby!!

More milestone
Little Andrew amazes me all the time when he reaches new milestone. Even if it is the smallest matter, I'm still very proud of him!
He is getting the hang of feeding himself with picking up the food I left on the tray attached to his high hair. So sometimes when we are out and about and when I feed him, he will want to pick it up from the spoon - not pick up the spoon just yet!
So today's dinner, I let him have some watermelon. At first I tried to put the pick into his hand, he refused to hold it and wanted me to feed him. But to my surprise after a few feed, he wanted to hold the pick. And the happiest moment came when he managed to put the pick into his mouth on his first attempt!!! AND the best of all, daddy was around to see it too!
I'm so glad that there are many times that daddy witnesses all these milestone together with me. I'm worried that he will miss out of all these because I'm at home 24hours with little Andrew! I'm glad he is around to see this today!
More self-feeding adventure to come! Yay!!!

My baby, my hero
Little Andrew didn't sleep through the night for 2 nights now and today he did the same waking at about 1.30am and just wouldn't go back to sleep. Daddy pat pat until he fell asleep first! So as I continue to pat little Andrew to sleep, I heard noises downstairs. I thought it was the irritating cat that kept sleeping on our shoe rack!
But after a couple minutes, it was getting louder and I thought the cat couldn't have been that aggressive! So I woke up the hubs to check downstairs.
Never in my mind that it was burglars trying to get into our house!!!!! Hubs saw their face when he went down and peeped out the window. They were still forcing their way in when he peeped!
I was blind without my glasses when I peeped through the window from the room. By the time I went back with my glasses, they already took off.
My oh my. We stayed here for close to 10 years already and this is the first time any attempt of burglary happened to our house, though there was once our neighbour's car was almost stolen. Stolen cars are common I think but breaking an entry is another story!
I woke up my sis and brother in law, while letting my mom taking care of Andrew while we inspect the damages. We found that our front gate was opened, the front grill was broken, the front door's key hole panel was broken and taken apart and thank goodness it was just the outside was damaged. They couldn't push their way through because we got a good lock that just refused to budge!! And the best and probably what saved us were the 2 safety latch that we slide it lock every night!!!
It was a horrifying experience for us. Thank God that we are all safe and Thank God for watching over us. And the hero here is my little Andrew who decided not to sleep through the night and kept awake until at such hour that I was alerted in time to stop burglary from taking place!

My baby is growing all the time
Today after dinner, gave little Andrew some grapes. As usual, I tried feeding him then after a while, I decided to try letting him feed himself. So I put one piece on the tray attached to high hair. To my surprised, he picked it up and put it into his mouth and ate it!!
It was only yesterday I tried giving him grapes and he wouldn't put into his mouth. He usually picked it up and throw it on the floor or squashed it with his hands. But today he pinched it and fed himself. This is truly a great milestone to little Andrew who is always growing and never fail to amaze me with his new skill!
